Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Videonity Limited, trading as AVCC Studio (“AVCC Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit avcc.studio or contact us through the website.

Videonity Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to irina@vidis.ai.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected budget range, project description, and any other information you choose to include in your message. If we continue the conversation, we also process the contents of our communications.

Technical information

When the website is delivered to your browser, our hosting, content-delivery, form, and font providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, and request time. We use this information only to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in the project-description field.

03

How and why we use information

Purpose Legal basis where applicable
Respond to inquiries, understand your brief, prepare proposals, and take steps toward a contract. Steps requested before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in operating the studio.
Deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website and forms. Our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure service.
Maintain business records and comply with lawful requests or legal obligations. Compliance with law and our legitimate interest in establishing or defending legal claims.

We do not use website inquiry data for unrelated marketing unless you separately ask for or consent to that communication.

04

Cookies and tracking

At the date of this policy, AVCC Studio does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies on this website. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts and a scrolling library from UNPKG; those providers may receive technical request data and handle it under their own privacy terms.

If we introduce analytics, advertising technology, or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

05

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose personal information only as needed to operate the website and respond to you, including to:

  • Web3Forms, which processes form submissions and forwards them to our email. Web3Forms states that it does not store form submissions and periodically deletes server logs that may contain personal information. See its privacy FAQ.
  • Our email provider, which stores and delivers inquiry correspondence.
  • Website and content-delivery providers, including GitHub Pages, Google Fonts, and UNPKG, which deliver website files and may maintain security or access logs.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or support a corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

06

International transfers

AVCC Studio works internationally, and some service providers process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable law requires it, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

07

How long we keep information

We normally keep unsuccessful project inquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction so we can follow up and maintain an accurate business history. If you become a client, we may retain project, contractual, and transaction records for the duration of the relationship and longer where required for tax, accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Service providers may keep technical logs for shorter periods under their own retention schedules. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal obligations and backup cycles.

08

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

09

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To make a request, email irina@vidis.ai. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

10

California privacy notice

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers such as names, email addresses and IP addresses; commercial or professional inquiry information such as project interests and budget range; and internet activity such as basic access-log data. We collect this information directly from visitors or automatically through service providers for the purposes described above.

We may disclose these categories to service providers that help us operate the website, email, and inquiry process. We do not sell these categories of personal information or share them for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights.

11

Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or directly where appropriate.
